Can I make the booking directly from hotel?

You can make booking directly from hotel. However, we promise that the rates getting from www.hotellangkawi.info are typically lower 10% to 50% than the rates offered directly from hotel.

How do I know the booking status?

You will receive a confirmation email from Agoda within 30 minutes upon the booking. The confirmation email with the hotel voucher will be sent to your email which you filled in booking application.

What should I do if I want to change or cancel the confirmed booking?

You can use the confirmation email's link which is Agoda's Self Service to cancel your booking or change your dates.

What is the cancellation policy? Any charges?

1) While filling the booking application, please double check the booking conditions, room type and/or promotion before submitting your application.

2) Please note that a processing fee of 15 US Dollar (for one booking) will be applied to all cancellations.

3) In addtion, change/revise your length/period of stay before/after you have checked may also result in a cancellation charge.

4) For any further cancellation detailed information, you may contact our English speaking Agoda Customer Service who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other language speaking Agoda Customer Service can be contacted between the hours of 9:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday, Bangkok time.

Can I request any extra bed for my children?

It is depend on the hotel's policy. Some of the Hotels do not charge for kids who are under 12. In addition, most of the hotels allow children to stay in the room with parents either with bed or without an extra bed. Some resorts only allow two adults and one kid to stay in 1 room. Few resorts will have existing bedding and there will be charges if bed is equired.

In those cases where breakfast is included in the room price, breakfast is not included for children when sharing a room with their parents. In such cases the hotel will charge for the child's breakfast directly.

Can I make some request or special request (For example:Room type, Smoking or non-smooking, etc.)?

On booking application, you can make your choice on the "room details page", where you can complete the names and nationality. In the interim, click on "Special Requests " and fill in your request. The request will be sent to the hotel directly. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to hotel's policies and will be confirmed upon arrival.
